MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT CONTRACTS
We do not want the relationship that we develop with our customers to end with the delivery of our service.
We want to ensure that our customers get the most from our services and our installations and we promote this through our customer support capability. Support contracts can be tailored towards the customer's requirements and ranges from telephone support to competitively priced maintenance and support contracts with varying degrees of commitment.
1. Telephone troubleshooting and advice from experienced system users
2. System maintenance and support with periodic system assessment
3. 24 hour cover 7 days a week
4. Replicated system in-house with continual assessment.
5. Remote System Access
These maintenance and support contracts can be offered to ensure smooth and trouble-free operation of the system but also to assist the user understand the results, the pipeline and the equipment behaviour. The objective is to maximise the customer’s investment.
In addition to the above, user groups, tailored training courses and consultancy can be
offered by AGN Technologies.
